A case assembly for an image photographing apparatus is provided to improve the quality of product exterior by not showing a screw on the surface during the case assembly of the image photographing apparatus. A case assembly for an image photographing apparatus comprises a left case(10), a right case(20), a joining member(40) and an upper case(30). The joining member joins the left case with the right case. The upper case is installed to cover the joining member. The upper case is fastened and fixed to the joining member. A cover(50) is additionally installed to cover the fastened portion of the upper case.
