A wastewater purification device for use in a saltwater aquarium is provided to get rid of all kinds of foreign substances and germs from the aquarium by circulating saltwater and therefore, to maintain clean saltwater condition for fishes. A wastewater purification device for use in a saltwater aquarium includes: a primary filter(2) for receiving wastewater of an aquarium(1) and filtering foreign substances therefrom; a cultivation unit(3) having a built-in bio-ring for cultivating bacteria to decompose and filter foreign substances contained in the filtered wastewater biologically; a sterilization unit(4) for sterilizing germs in the wastewater in use of an ultraviolet lamp; and a foreign substance removal unit(5) for discharging any remaining foreign substances and foams of air bubbles to supply the purified saltwater back to the aquarium.
