A synthetic resin flange unified with a reinforcing metal ring and a sealing ring for a storm and house inlet is provided to prevent the expansion and contraction of a flange and the movement of a cover from a flange and to increase sealing efficiency by laying a reinforcing metal ring and a sealing ring in a flange and making in one united body, and to occupy a small place, to make construction easy and to reduce the time and cost required for construction by fixing a storm water inlet to the outside of a flange, thereby forming a storm water inlet and a house inlet in one manhole. A synthetic resin flange(20) unified with a reinforcing metal ring and a sealing ring for a storm and house inlet is formed for minimizing distortion caused by expansion and contraction of a flange according to a variation of temperature by laying a reinforcing metal ring in a flange and retaining the structural strength and shape of the flange, and preventing the movement and separation of an external cover(40) and increasing sealing efficiency by laying a rubber sealing ring having irregularities at the top in the lower part of a mounting portion on which the external cover is mounted, wherein the synthetic resin flange of a manhole(1) is fixed to a house inlet(10) by inserting an insertion portion to the upper part of the house inlet and unified with a storm water inlet at the outside to receive storm water. |
