An automatic cutout and terminal institution structure for a traffic light or street light control box is provided to be availably used for a company producing the control box by previously installing and connecting the automatic cutout and the terminal. An automatic cutout and terminal institution structure for a traffic light or street light control box has an installation plate(10) made of a synthetic resin. In the installation plate, at least two fixing holes(11) are formed to be fixed to a base plate of the control box. A cutout installing hole(12) is formed at the same position as a fixing unit of the automatic cutout to install the two or more automatic cutouts on an upper part. A terminal installing unit(13) is formed to install a terminal at a part right below the automatic cutout. A terminal installing hole(14) is formed to fix the terminal in the terminal installing unit.
