A cabin apparatus is provided to improve operation performance and convenience by enlarging work space in a cabin room without increase of a size of the entire cabin frame. A cabin apparatus comprises a cabin including a cabin frame in a vehicle body, and a floor seat(31) constituting a bottom part of the cabin frame, where a part or the whole of the cabin is outwardly bent so as to enlarge a work space in the middle of a cabin room. A pair of front struts(12) of the cabin frame are outwardly bent from both ends in a vertical direction, and a pair of rear struts(13) of the cabin frame are outwardly bent in correspondence to the upper half part of the pair of front struts. A body of an air-conditioner is provided below a driver seat placed at the rear part in the cabin room. An air blowing duct is extended from the body of the air-conditioner for guiding air supplied from the body of the air-conditioner. An air discharge duct is provided to discharge air near a steering handle placed at the front of the driver seat. An intermediate duct is provided outside the cabin for communicating the air blowing duct with the air discharge duct.
