A structure for mounting a pipe nut for assembling a towing hook is provided to pass all tests for safety of the towing hook and improve the safety of a vehicle. A structure for mounting a pipe nut(3) for assembling a towing hook comprises an upper reinforcement bracket(60) and a lower reinforcement bracket(70). The upper reinforcement bracket is welded to a pipe nut(3) while partially surrounding the upper peripheral surface of the pipe nut in the vertical direction of a vehicle body. The lower reinforcement bracket is welded to a pipe nut while partially surrounding the lower peripheral surface of the pipe nut in the vertical direction of the vehicle body. A part at which the lower reinforcement bracket surrounds the pipe nut is attached at a part, which has the same curvature, of the bottom surface of a side member(50).
