<p>A manufacturing method of an additive for removing noxious material in concrete is provided to neutralize strong alkaline toxicity in concrete and to reduce hydroxyl anion of water in concrete for retarding corrosion of reinforcing rod in the concrete structure by means of natural minerals which perform particulate material adhesion and anion exchange. A manufacturing method of an additive for removing noxious material comprises steps of: preparing silicate minerals such as zeolite, sericite and chlorite (S10); grinding each mineral into coarse particles while removing selected impurities, and drying the moisture on the surface of the minerals (S20); putting the dried minerals into drier furnace, and heating the minerals at 500-700deg.C for complete drying (S30); pulverizing the dried minerals and sieving the product with a sieve of 200 mesh in order to make the minerals into fine powder (S40); and mixing 36-40% by weight of zeolite, 32-34% by weight of sericite, 15-16% by weight of chlorite and 13-14% by weight of sewage sludge ash (S50). A step of washing minerals with water (S201) is optionally carried out after step (S20) in order to remove even fine impurities on the surface of the minerals. In the step(S30), the drier furnace optionally has a conveyer for transferring the minerals during the drying process in mass production.</p> |
