An apparatus for adjusting height of a roof spoiler for a truck is provided to improve running performance by adjusting the height of the roof spoiler according to the size of a container and freight. An apparatus for adjusting height of a roof spoiler for a truck comprises a reservoir tank(25) storing fluid, a manual pump(20), an automatic pump(30), a hydraulic cylinder(40) and a hinge section. The manual and automatic pumps pump the fluid supplied from the reservoir tank. The hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder body(41) and a cylinder piston(42). The cylinder body receives oil pressure generated when one of the manual and automatic pumps is driven. The cylinder piston has one end inserted into cylinder body and the other end coupled to the roof spoiler. The cylinder piston slides upward and downward by the oil pressure to adjust the height of the roof spoiler. The hinge section is provided at the front portions of a roof and the roof spoiler to rotatably support the roof spoiler when the roof spoiler moves upward and downward by the hydraulic cylinder.
