A urethane panel is provided to prevent breakdown and to increase durability by making frame members with high-strength materials, to make mass production easy, to solve manpower problems and to cut down on the cost. A urethane panel comprises an upper plate and a lower plate arranged at regular intervals and formed in a rectangle, plural frame members(20) made of synthetic resins or metal and installed to facing corners of the upper plate and the lower plate to keep the distance between the upper plate and the lower plate regularly, a corner member(30) connected to one or two ends of the frame member and installed to the corners on which the frame members are not installed, plural bar-shaped finish members(40) installed to lie down in a C-shape with the frame members and to erect on the corners on which the frame members are not installed, and an insulation member filled in a space between the upper plate and the lower plate and made of urethane foam, wherein plural stiffening grooves are formed on the upper plate in a longitudinal direction to have bending resistance to external force and to keep the urethane panel strongly, and a pair of connecting members and sealing members(18) are installed between the frame member and the upper plate, and, between the frame member and the lower plate to make the corner of the upper plate having a bend directly connected to the frame member not to get loose, and to prevent the formation of a gap if the corner of the upper plate having a bend is located on the connecting member and to prevent the leakage of the urethane foam to the outside.
