A continuous process for producing a crosslinking organopolysiloxane composition is provided to allow continuous and uniform mixing of fillers into a highly viscous polymer component, and to improve the productivity. A continuous process for producing RTV-1 composition comprises a single step of mixing (A) a substantially linear organosilicon compound having at least two condensable groups bonded to silicon, (B) fillers, and if necessary, additional components is mixed in a single path passing a mixing zone in a mixer(5) including a rotator(3)-stator(2) system, wherein the mixer shows a higher pressure at the outlet(4) thereof than that at the inlet(6) thereof by at least 100 hPa.
