VIBRATION DAMPER WITH A MOUNTING

A vibration damper is provided to save cost by including a mounting having the shortest lever arm between a stabilizer and the vibration damper. A vibration damper comprises an outer cylinder(5) and a mounting(3) attached to a side surface(19) of the outer cylinder and having a through-hole for a pin type connection unit(9). The mounting includes a structure that is extended to the circumference of the side surface of the outer cylinder and extended in radial type about the cylinder. The structure forms a socket(37) for a stationary surface of the connection unit with the outer cylinder. The stationary surface is stopped by being contacted to the mounting in an axial direction.
