A method for manufacturing a light emitting device is provided to minimize chromatic aberration by coating uniformly phosphors on light emitting cells. A plurality of light emitting cells are formed on a substrate(100). A through-hole penetrating the substrate is formed on the substrate between the light emitting cells. A liquefied phosphor layer is formed on the light emitting cells by dipping the substrate into a phosphor solution. The substrate is drawn from the phosphor solution. A phosphor layer is formed by hardening the liquefied phosphor layer. The process for forming the light emitting cells includes a process for forming an electrode(212a,212b) at each of the light emitting cells, and a process for forming a photoresist layer on each of the electrodes before dipping the substrate into the phosphor solution.
