A supplies management method for an image forming apparatus is provided to store a setting value by country in a RFID tag in the final sale hub of a corresponding country or a user stage, thereby using a developing cartridge and a fixing unit outputted irrespective of a country in various regions. A supplies management method for an image forming apparatus comprises the following steps of: producing a developing cartridge and a fixing unit(S10); attaching a developing cartridge RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag and a fixing unit RFID tag to the developing cartridge and the fixing unit(S20); recording common setting information in the attached RFID tags(S30); outputting the developing cartridge and the fixing unit irrespective of the country(S40); storing setting information by country in the RFID tags(S50); and supplying supplies such as the developing cartridge and the fixing unit(S60).
