A driving IC, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device, and a display system are provided to enhance display quality by adjusting easily common voltages using an external signal device. A driving IC(Integrated Circuit) includes an interface unit(320), at least one reference voltage output units(350_1-350_n), and at least one common voltage output units(360_1-360_n). The interface unit receives an external data signal from outside and supplies an internal data signal. The reference voltage output units receive the internal data signal and output a first reference voltage corresponding to the internal data signal. The common voltage output units receive the voltage of a common electrode, compare the voltage of the common electrode with the first reference voltage, and output a common voltage according to the comparison result.
