A folding mattress with a movable hinge is provided to improve the shape, stability and function of furniture when it is converted into a sofa or a bed by improving design of a converting structure. A folding mattress with a movable hinge is used as a sofa and a bed by folding plural mattress unit bodies(11,12). At least one or more connection units are installed on both ends of a link material(21) to connect the mattress unit bodies. A fixing hinge(22) and a movable hinge(24) are mounted on the connection unit. The fixing hinge is fixed on the unit body on one side, and the movable hinge is installed to move in a receiving space formed on the unit body on the other side. The connection unit is mounted on the support member embedded on the middle of the section of the mattress unit body.
