SUPPLY SYSTEM OF HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN FOR ACTIVATION OF FUEL CELL

An apparatus for supplying hydrogen and oxygen for activation of a fuel cell is provided to reduce remarkably the amount of hydrogen consumed in the activation process and to improve efficiency and performance even with a smaller amount of air by reusing the hydrogen and oxygen generated by electrolysis. An apparatus for supplying hydrogen and oxygen comprises a fuel cell(10) which generates water and heat by the electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen and generates power; a fuel cell activation device(11) which repeats the cycle comprising an unload state applying no load to a fuel cell and a load state applying load to a fuel cell several times under a certain operation condition; an electrolysis device(15) which electrolyzes water by using the power generated at the fuel cell; a power collection and supply device(14) which is installed between the fuel cell and the electrolysis device and collects the power generated at the fuel cell to supply it to the electrolysis device; and a hydrogen tank(12) and an oxygen tank(13) which store the hydrogen and oxygen generated by the electrolysis device to supply it to the fuel cell activation device.
