TEST TRAY FOR TEST HANDLER AND TEST HANDLER

摘要

A test tray for a test handler and the test handler are provided to reduce the exchange cost by supporting a test without exchanging a match plate even in changing a test method between a speed test and a core test. A test tray(400) for a test handler is composed of a tray frame(410) having insert mounting units(411) arranged in an M x N matrix form, wherein M and N are a positive number larger than zero and inserts(420) installed in the insert mounting units of the tray frame, respectively. The tray frame has at least one row of pusher allowing units(412) formed at the outer side of a first row or/and an N-th row of the inserts installed in a matrix form, in order to allow incoming and outgoing of pushers arranged at a match plate.
