A triggering apparatus using a face type heating element sheet and a head for operating of a fire fighting device having the same are provided to remove the risk of malfunction due to partial damage. A triggering apparatus using a face type heating element sheet includes a heat sensitizing body, a face type heating element sheet(112) and a power supply unit(130). The heat sensitizing body is decomposed when the temperature ascends and arrives at a predetermined temperature. The face type heating element sheet is installed at the surface of the heat sensitizing body and generates heat to heat the heat-sensitizing body when the power is applied. The power supply unit applies power to make the face type heating element sheet generate heat.
