<p>A low-toxicity concrete fishway block manufacturing method is provided to prevent sea pollution and the corrosion of iron reinforcing rods caused by efflorescence by utilizing strong adsorption power and a great quantity of anion of silicate minerals. A low-toxicity concrete fishway block manufacturing method comprises the steps of: kneading concrete by equally mixing gravels of 37~41wt.%, sand of 34~38wt.%, cement of 14~16wt.%, sericite powder of 1~2wt.%, chlorite powder of 0.5~0.7wt.%, and sewage sludge incineration ashes of 0.5~0.7wt.%, and then pouring the water of 7~9wt.%; molding a fishway block by inserting a steel frame into a mold and then injecting concrete; and completing a concrete fishway block by separating the mold after the concrete is hardened, and then curing the molded concrete for 6~8 days. The low-toxicity concrete fishway block is composed of a bottom plate(11) positioned at the rear side; a middle plate(12) stepped and disposed higher than the bottom plate; an upper plate unit(13) stepped and disposed higher than the middle plate; a side plate(14) formed on the same plane of the upper plate unit to cover the lateral sides of the bottom plate and the middle plate; and an overlap plate(15) disposed higher than the side plate on the opposite side of the side plate and provided with an extended part(15a) extended outward.</p> |
