A mounting structure of a door inside handle for a vehicle is provided to decorate an interior of an indoor room by mounting the door inside handle without using an additional cap for coupling the handle with a door garnish panel attached on the door trims. A mounting structure of a door inside handle for a vehicle comprises a door garnish panel(3), a door inside handle mounting part integrally formed at the door garnish panel, and a door inside handle(4) protruding to the interior of the indoor room. An upper door trim(1) and a lower door trim(2) are provided on the door being spaced apart by a certain interval in the vertical direction of the door. A door inside handle base attached to the door inside handle is engaged with the garnish panel through a plurality of screws. The door inside handle mounting part includes a concave operation hole therein. The door garnish panel is interposed between the upper door trim and a lower door trim.
