A method for extraction of phospholipids from phosphatidic concentrate consist in that, at the first stage, oil from phosphatidic concentrate is extracted with acetone in proportion of phosphatidic concentrate: acetone 1:(3.7-4.0) weight parts with following filtration, at the second stage, oil and free fatty acids from isolated phospholipids are extracted with acetone in proportion of a phosphatidic concentrate: acetone 1:(5.6-6.6) weight parts followed by the filtration, at the third stage, phospholipids are washed with acetone in proportion of phospholipids: acetone 1:(0.8-0.94) weight parts followed by the filtration. This permits to obtain lecithin without admixtures and with improved fractional composition. |
