The invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to method for cooling liquid in cooling towers of systems of back water supply of power units and to design of equipment used that that and can be used for cooling liquid in recycling water supply systems of NPP, HPP and at other industrial enterprises. Method for liquid cooling in cooling tower of power unit at which heat is discharged to atmospheric air. Liquid flow is separated to several flows and each of those is sputtered to drops in shaft of cooling tower by means of sputtering unit. One directs liquid drop jets obtained in counter direction to forces of gravity, with filling the volume of cooling tower shaft. Motion of liquid is provided due to pressure formed by pump and due to force of gravity, and for motion in shaft of air flow one uses natural aeration. Appliance for liquid sputtering to drops is installed in height of shaft of cooling tower as high as possible. Cooling tower of power unit for liquid cooling consists of shaft where unit with nozzles for separation of liquid flow is installed, tank for collection of cooled liquid, pump and pipelines. Direction of output of liquid drop jet is installed at angle upwards. Appliance for liquid sputtering is arranged as centrifugal-tab nozzles placed on distribution system of pipelines, in upper part of cooling tower before drop catcher. The invention provides decrease of power consumption and increase of economy at operation. |
