A mechanical reinforcing bar coupling device using a one-touch type clip locking device is provided to heighten constructability and to increase the coupling strength of reinforcing bars by coupling a reinforcing bar and a reinforcing bar mechanically and strongly using a one-touch type locking device. A mechanical reinforcing bar coupling device(1) using a one-touch type clip locking device comprises a pair of inner fixing device abutting on the end of a reinforcing bar(2) and covering the outside of the reinforcing bar, and an outer pressure fixing device(20) having two housing spaces to locate two ends of the reinforcing bar and each inner fixing device inward and pressurizing the inner fixing device located in the housing space to make two reinforcing bars fixed and connected strongly. The outer pressure fixing device is composed of a first split section(20a) and a second split section(20b) which are rotated by a hinge to be opened and closed, and a one-touch type clip locking device composed of a hanging projection(32), a ring(31) and a fastener(35) is installed on the opposite side to the hinge of the first and second split portions of the outer pressure fixing device to pressurize the first split section and the second split section of the outer pressure fixing device strongly.
