A tape feeder apparatus is provided to simplify a structure by replacing a tape reel supporting lever and components thereof of a conventional apparatus with a combination of a tape reel supporting lever and a torque limiter. A tape feeder apparatus(20) includes a tape feeder body(21), a supporting lever, and a torque limiter(28). The supporting lever is rotatably coupled with the body, and supports a tape reel to supply components to the body. The torque limiter connects the supporting lever to the body, and freely rotates the supporting lever with respect to the body in one direction but rotates the supporting lever in the other direction only when the rotation moment more than a predetermined torque value is applied.
