A variable forming drum device of a tire is provided to reduce the time for exchanging a drum and to cut down the manufacturing cost by molding the tires of various sizes through a single forming drum at the same time. In a variable forming drum device of a tire for attaching a belt on the tire, a drum for holding the tire is radially expanded and contracted by a main shaft(1) in a green tire. Force change links(2) are radially arranged at the main shaft moving back and forth, and laterally, at regular intervals of angle and connected by a hinge shaft. The other end of each force change link is connected to an inside forming push rod(4) through a hinge shaft. The inside forming push rod is installed as coming into contact with the inside of a variable circle forming plate(5) having multiple circumferences. A guide rod is installed as coming into contact with each inside forming push rod. The guide rod is expanded and contracted along a radial guide groove formed at a support inner cylinder body fixed at the periphery of the main shaft. A hanging stopper formed at the end portion of the variable circle forming plate is inserted and combined to a hanging hole formed at the peripheral surface of an inner circumference of the variable circle forming plate.
