摘要 A transgenic plant prepared by using a novel gene encoding phosphatase derived from Oryza sp. is provided to increase the utilization efficiency of phosphoric acid by having the phosphoric acid-deficient stress resistance, thereby being useful for improving the productivity of crops. A gene coding phosphatase isolated from Oryza sp.(OsACP1) is described as an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1. An Arabidopsis thaliana is transformed by the gene or a recombinant vector including the gene. A method for preparing a phosphatase OsACP1 comprises the steps of: (a) culturing a microorganism transformed by the recombinant vector; and (b) recovering the phosphatase OsACP1 microorganism.
