A light emitting device is provided to rapidly and easily fabricate a light emitting device and reduce a fabricating cost by simultaneously attaching lots of light emitting parts to a receiving substrate. A light emitting part(110) includes a light emitting pattern and a protrusion part protruded from one surface of the light emitting pattern. A receiving substrate(210) includes a recess(222) corresponding to the protrusion part. The recess is attached to the protrusion part. The light emitting pattern can include an n-type semiconductor pattern formed on a growth substrate, an active pattern, and a p-type semiconductor pattern.
