A cooling unit of an injection molding fan is provided to minimize deformation at a rim of the fan and reduce run-out value and vibration balance during cooling. A cooling unit of an injection molding fan includes a lower plate(200) and an upper plate(300). The lower plate has a rim insertion groove(210) formed along a rim(120) of a fan(100) such that a lower portion of the rim of the fan is fitted into the rim insertion groove so as to prevent deformation of the rim during cooling. The upper plate is assembled to the lower plate on which the fan is set, and has a rim support groove having a shape mated to the shape of the rim insertion groove. The rim support groove supports an upper portion of the rim of the fan so as to minimize deformation of the rim during cooling.
