A method for the differential diagnosis of the acute appendicitis and the apoplexy of the ovary comprises the analysis of the complaints and the anamnesis, the findings of the general clinical, laboratory, and experimental examinations using the marker for the differential diagnosis, namely the sorptional capacity of the erythrocytes measured by the sorption of the vital stain. The sorption level exceeding 51.18 1.3 % р>0.05 is considered as a marker of the acute appendicitis, while the sorption level below 37.48 ± 0.85% р>0.05 is indicative of the apoplexy of the ovary. |
