A device for hydro-cutting of food substances contains a tank of oil, an electric motor with pump, a welded bearing frame, an oil distributor, a conduit of ultrahigh pressure, a nozzle head, a conduit of low pressure, a pumping station, a water filter, a barometer of pumping station, a hydro-multiplier, micro-switches of hydro-multiplier. Furthermore, it additionally contains a receiver, which is installed on the welded frame and is connected with the nozzle head and hydro-multiplier; moreover, the hydro-multiplier of double-sided action is connected with oil distributor, pumping station and receiver and is installed on the welded frame. |
