A complex of polyphenol and protein and a method for the preparation thereof, a patch comprising the complex of polyphenol and protein and a method for the preparation thereof are provided to manufacture complex of polyphenol effectively. A method for the preparation of a patch comprising a complex of polyphenol and protein includes the step of: adhering 100wt.% of denaturalized protein and 30-150wt.% of a complex of polyphenol and protein. The adhering step is achieved by adhering a composition containing the complex of polyphenol and protein and an adhesive substance. The complex of polyphenol and protein is prepared by mixing 100wt.% of denaturalized protein and 30-150wt.% of a complex of polyphenol and protein in an aqueous solution and precipitating a complex of polyphenol and protein.
