A shock-absorber of a bicycle is provided to absorb shock transmitted from a road surface by displacing a front frame and a rear frame to be perpendicular to each other elastically. A shock-absorber of a bicycle provided with a front frame(10) and a rear frame(20), comprises: the front frame, the rear frame and upper and lower elastic springs(30,35). The front frame includes a head pipe(11), upper and lower extension pipes(13,15), a saddle shaft portion(13a), a hinge pipe portion(15a). The front frame whose one end is integrally connected to a side portion of the head pipe and the other side is extended to be upwardly and downwardly broadened. The rear frame includes a vertical post(21), a pedal installation portion provided in a lower end portion of the vertical post and upper and lower link pipes(23,25) forming a rear wheel support unit(24). The upper and lower elastic spring elastically support the vertical post.
