发明名称 MOLD DESIGN METHOD FOR UTILIZING A GRADATION OF CONTRACTION
摘要 A method for designing a mold using a differential shrinkage is provided to improve dimension defect and quality of products, and estimate/manage quality change according to a processing condition change by obtaining a large injection molding product having desired dimension/shape through application of differential shrinkage. A surface mesh regarding a product is made and a 3D mesh is made at the inside of the surface mesh based on the surface mesh(S1). The differential shrinkage of each part is found by analyzing a mid-plane of the product(S2). The 3D mesh is extended according to the differential shrinkage(S3). The final surface is formed by sealing the surface mesh on the extended 3D mesh(S4). The differential shrinkage is found by dividing a volume shrinkage into a few grades, obtaining a linear shrinkage through division of the volume shrinkage into three, and calculating a real shrinkage based on the linear shrinkage.
