A flame adjustable grill is provided to ensure fast removal of meat extract by forming a body tilting from the center to the outside while facilitating transfer of heat source without dropping the meat extract thereto, and to maintain the temperature for roasting the meat at constant levels by adjusting the height of the grill depending on the flame state of the heat source. A flame adjustable grill comprises a plurality of heat-through grooves(11), a heat induction(12), a heat cover(21), and a nut body(30). The heat-through grooves are drilled on a metal grille(10). The tilting heat induction is integrated on the opposite sides of the heat-through grooves. The heat cover of a meat extract guide plate(20) is covered on the position of the heat-through grooves. The nut body drilled with a nut hole(31), is secured on the center of the grille and meat extract guide plate, and is assembled to a threaded rod(40) raised by a plurality of supports(41). |
