An intersection guiding device and a guide map generating device are provided to prevent a driver from confusing or misjudging a driving direction even at a gently branched intersection. An intersection guiding device in a traffic path guide system having path data, which guides a vehicle to a destination, comprises an intersection judgment unit judging whether the vehicle approaches an intersection to be guided on a driving path according to map data and path data, and a display control unit displaying a guide map showing a driving direction at the intersection when it is judged that the vehicle approaches the intersection. The display control unit controls to display the next intersection together with the coming intersection when the distance between the intersections is below a predetermined value and roads at the coming intersection are gently branched.
