A Kimchi refrigerator having an improved shelf structure to open a front opening part of a storage space is provided to enable the front opening part to play a role of a receiving box in opening and closing the front opening, to enhance the usability and to eliminate the need to change a container or shelf due to an article to be stored by opening the opening part between shelves. A Kimchi refrigerator contains: a body cabinet(2) forming a storage room with a front opening; at least one shelf dividing the storage room into a plurality of upper and lower storage spaces; and a rotating cover(30) rotatively coupled to the shelf, opening the front opening part of the storage space and having a rotating pin extended along a rotating shaft line. The shelf contains: a shelf member; and a cover support part with a sliding guiding part(21) to rotate the rotating pin and receive it to be slidably moved. The rotating fin is received in a rotating pin receiving part of the sliding guiding part to open the front opening part and is moved in parallel along a rotating pin sliding part(21b) during opening the front opening part. |
