A TDD(Time Division Duplex) repeater having a single path amplification structure is provided to minimize the number of unit components of the repeater installed in a shadow area of a TDD wireless communication system, thereby reducing power consumption. The first switching unit(320) delivers a forward signal received from a base station to a single path amplifier(330). The second switching unit(340) delivers a reverse signal received from a mobile station to the first switching unit(320). The single path amplifier(330) amplifies the forward signal and the reverse signal. The first switching unit(320) delivers the reverse signal transmitted from the second switching unit(340) to the single path amplifier(330). |
