A system and a method for registering electronic election information, and a registration server and a program recording medium thereof are provided to offer a convenient and trusted electronic election service according to an election policy by enabling an election subject to register the election policy/information suitable for each election. An interface provider(110) provides a window for inputting and selecting election subject and target information to an election manager terminal(145). An information receiver(115) receives the election subject and target information from the election manager terminal through the interface provider. An information storing part(125) links, stores, and registers the received election subject and target information to a storage medium. An election processor provides the election target information to a voter interface by linking with the storage medium, receives voting information from the voter interface, and links/stores the voting information and voter information. An information authenticator(120) authenticates the validity of the election subject by reading the received election subject information.
