A barbecue cooking apparatus and a method thereof are provided to achieve uniform cooking of the barbecue food without losing moisture contained inside the meat by setting different rotation speed of each step where skewered barbecue meats are disposed, and recirculating the heat rising within the barbecue cooking device and heat being discharged to the outside. A barbecue cooking apparatus for uniform cooking comprises a housing(10), a rotary shaft(20), a plurality of annular support plates(30), a plurality pairs of upper and lower rotary rings(41,42), a plurality of inner rings, a plurality of metal skewers(50), a plurality of braziers, and a driving unit. The housing includes an inner space which can be sealed from the outside. The rotary shaft, perpendicularly mounted within the housing for rotation, is assembled with a plurality pairs of upper and lower gears(21,22) in predetermined intervals on its outer periphery. The annular support plates are secured on an inner side of a sidewall of the housing right under each lower gear assembled to the rotary shaft, having a plurality of first support rollers assembled onto its upper side. The upper and lower rotary rings are geared in pairs to the upper and lower gears assembled to the rotary shaft, and each of which is supported by the support plates. The inner rings, disposed on the center of each lower rotary ring, are secured to the lower rotary rings respectively by a plurality of connection members that are arranged in radial directions. The metal skewers have one ends that are separably assembled to each inner ring, and the other ends that are rotatably assembled to each upper rotary ring. The braziers are mounted along an imaginary circular arc on the bottom inside the housing. The driving unit is assembled to the rotary shaft penetrating to the outside of the housing. The gear ratio of the lower rotary rings and lower gears is greater than that of the upper rotary rings and upper gears. |
