An error management method for a vehicle is provided to manage error for each electrical component and inform the result of management of error of a driver. An error management method for a vehicle includes a step(101) of diagnosing error of each electrical component, a step(105) of storing an error diagnosis code in a memory, a step(107-111) of receiving a coolant temperature signal, judging as a completion of warming-up if the received coolant temperature signal is higher than a threshold value, and re-diagnosing error of the electrical component, and a step of turning on an error warning lamp when the electrical component has steady error, and storing an error code matched to the steady error in the memory.
