A vehicle parking stopper installed in a parking lot of an apartment house is provided to park a vehicle quickly and conveniently by fulfilling the function of a parking stopper and letting a vehicle enter a parking space from the rear of a parking space. A vehicle parking stopper installed in a parking lot of an apartment house comprises a housing space formed at the rear of a parking space partitioned separately in a wide parking lot and inclined at the bottom to make contact with the base of a projecting member to support a projecting member and to disperse the weight of a vehicle, a projecting member(10) fixed to an upper opening of the housing space by a shaft to be projected and retreated and formed in a triangular shape provided with a stopping plane at the front to keep vehicle wheels not to go over when a vehicle enters a parking space for parking and an incline plane at the rear to let vehicle wheels go over when a vehicle enters a parking space from the rear of the parking space, and a spring installed in the housing space to support the projecting member to be projected and retreated elastically.
