A needleless injection device with the ampoule consists of the lower part enclosing the ampoule with the agent and the upper part allowing for the generation of the energy required for the injection. The upper part contains the energy-generating elements, in particular, the actuator (s) and the auxiliary elements capable of changing flexibly the shape. The upper part continues downward as the external member. The device contains the retainer allowing for maintaining the strained state of the energy-generating elements and the releasing elements. The lower part (1) with the external thread (14) contains the long tube (13) allowing for the entry into the upper part (2) and the entry into the short internal thread (44) of the external member (43) at the bottom. Therefore, the lower part (1) is attached to the upper part (2) being capable of turning in the telescopic mode and setting the energy-generating elements into the strained state. At least, one actuator (31) retains 60% of the total initial energy (preferably 80-90% of the initial energy or pressure) with the bilateral elastic deformation covering up to 25% (in fact about 15-20%) of the internal length of the ampoule (8) with the agent. The actuator (31) is designed as a set of polyurethane springs in the separate enclosure (32). Upon being set to the strained state, it interacts with the elements allowing for transferring the energy of the stretching state, predominantly with the retainer (4) through the tube (33) which does not interact with other energy-generating elements (3) such as auxiliary elements (35). |
