A heating storage for food is provided to maintain consistent humidity levels within a storage chamber regardless of its temperature by controlling oxygen levels according to the amount of nitrogen gas injected therein, and to prevent overheating of an air compressor by injecting high-pressure gas left after nitrogen gas is separated, into a noise prevention chamber. A heating storage for food comprises a noise prevention chamber(200), an air compressor(300), a blower fan(400), an air storage tank(500), a nitrogen separator(600), a nitrogen spray nozzle(700), a water tank(800), and a gas spray nozzle(900). The noise prevention chamber includes a soundproof material(210) on a lower side of a storage chamber(110) of a body(100) to prevent diffusion of noise. The air compressor, provided within the noise prevention chamber, compresses the air sucked via a suction filter(310) and discharges the compressed air. The blower fan, provided within the noise prevention chamber, discharges the air within the noise prevention chamber to the outside the body. The air storage tank, provided on a lower side of the body, stores the high pressure air discharged by the air compressor. The nitrogen separator, provided on a back side of the storage chamber, separates nitrogen from the high pressure air flowed in from the air storage tank. The nitrogen spray nozzle, provided with a plurality of spray holes(710) on an outer periphery of its end portions, sprays the high pressure nitrogen separated by the nitrogen separator into the storage chamber. The water tank in connection with a water transfer pipe(850) on the same level with the spray holes, supplies water within the storage chamber. The gas spray nozzle sprays high pressure gas discharged after the nitrogen is separated by the nitrogen separator, into the noise prevention chamber. |
