The SkillRoute Integration Plan is an all-encompassing employment solution t o the many challenges faced by new immigrants to Canada in seeking meaningful and skills commensurate employment. This labour integration process enables and empowers newcomers to reduce and eliminate real and perceived employment barriers. International trained professionals and skilled workers are often employed at jobs below and outside their level of knowledge, experienc e and education. This innovative approach is an invention that uses Internet technology to deliver a highly intuitive labour mobility workflow methodolog y for newcomers, designed to promote international work experience favourably to Canadian employers. Additionally, an international work experience occupational algorithm compliments the candidate's portfolio by qualitatively and quantitatively evaluating foreign work credentials. The Integration plan is designed around a data capturing and reporting metho d that is able to provide predictive, qualitative and quantitative reports of newcomer integration outcomes and issues.
