An emergency alarming device for a vehicle is provided to enhance user convenience by enabling a driver to generate a danger signal to other drivers without implementing an alarm structure. An emergency alarming device for a vehicle includes a laser source and a cylinder lens. A switch for turning on/off a source power and driving the laser source is implemented at a proper position near from a driver's sheet. The laser source is arranged at a rear portion of the vehicle to maintain a constant irradiation angle. The cylinder lens deflects a laser beam from the laser source. In an emergency situation, a driver is enabled to turn on the power to generate a 3D laser visual beam at a predetermined distance from a rear portion of the vehicle.
