Composition comprises a combination of (S)-(-)-N-(4-(4-acetamido-4-phenyl-1-piperidyl)-2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)butyl)-N-methylbenzamide and (+-)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-3-(4-(trifluoromethyl) phenoxy)-propan-1-amine or their salts, solvates and/or hydrates and excipients. An independent claim is included for a kit containing (S)-(-)-N-(4-(4-acetamido-4-phenyl-1-piperidyl)-2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)butyl)-N-methylbenzamide and (+-)-N-methyl-3-phenyl-3-(4-(trifluoromethyl) phenoxy)-propan-1-amine or their salts, solvates and/or hydrates, where such compounds are present in separate compartments and in similar or different packages, for simultaneous, separate or sequential administration.
