The device has a guidance unit ensuring guidance and coaxial sliding of a guidance needle with respect to a guidance nozzle (10). The unit has a guidance block (20) with a guidance pressure key (26) whose convex and spherical external surface is in contact with a concave internal surface (12) of a cylindrical bore (11). The block has a sphere delimited by the external surface. External diameter of the sphere is slightly lower than internal diameter of the bore to axially guide the needle in the bore and to allow pivoting movement of the needle with respect to an axis (A) of the bore.
