A cupping device is provided to have the function of fixing ignition cotton stably and maintaining uniform heating power regardless of the amount of alcohol inside a combustion cup like the principle of an alcohol lamp. A thermal cupping device performs treatment by using a fire. A combustion cup(3) in the shape of a dipper is fixed on the lower end portion of a cupping glass(1). A discharge hole is formed on the combustion cup to make a combustion cotton fixed or exchanged therethrough. A handle(2) and a ventilation hole(4) enabling suction and discharge of air are formed on the upper end of the cupping glass. An ignition device that is constituted according to the ignition principle of ignition of an ordinary electronic lighter or gas stove is installed inside the handle of the cupping device and the cupping glass.
