Oily composition for topical application, comprises oil and a hydrocarbon compound having a melting point of >=30[deg]C, where the compound is present in the form of solid particles. Independent claims are included for: (1) an aerosol comprising the composition and a gas propellant; (2) a foam obtained by spraying the aerosol; and (3) a preparation of the aerosol comprising mixing the constituents at a temperature greater than or equal to the melting temperature of the hydrocarbon compound to prepare the composition, cooling the composition under agitation and at room temperature, and adding the gas propellant to the composition.
