A mud cosmetic pack is provided to supply minerals from mineral materials, show health functionality of loess, and provide fiber from Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, and provide various vegetable nutrients such as cellulose and vitamin C, thereby showing skin calming effect and moisturizing effect, preventing pigment change of the skin and aging, and having enhanced health functionality such as sterilizing, blood circulation, and metabolism promoting effects. In a mud cosmetic pack comprising Artemisia princeps var. orientalis where 100 parts by weight of a loess cosmetic pack powder is mixed with 20-150 parts by weight of water in a mud form, the loess beauty pack powder consists of 50-80 wt.% of loess powder having a particle size of 10-500mum, 0.1-10 wt.% of dried and pulverized green tea powder, 5-20 wt.% of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis powder or poroligenous liquor of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, 1-15 wt.% of at least one functional mineral material selected from the group consisting of pegmatite, elvan, germanium, and zeolite, 1-10 wt.% of a thickening agent, 0.1-5 wt.% of a water soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylalcohol, and carboxymethylcellulose, and 0.1-1 wt.% of vitamin C and vitamin E.
